Hi what do people think of using a sumo wrestler type diet in order to gain overall weight.

this diet involves skipping breakfast and having a huge lunch followed by a huge dinner just before sleep.

the theory is that it slows metabolism down and is a very fast way to gain weight.

comparisons to the typical eat 6+ small meals per day when fat% is not an issue would be appreciated.

know this will sound sacrilegious to most on this site but please keep comments serious.

Personally I don't follow the whole 6-8 (whatever) meals a day plan-to speed up your metabolism. Many agree that this theory is just shit

Calories in vs calories out I say. If that means skipping breakfast so you'll be more hungry later and eat more, then so be it
