Mikes Fish Cakes

All in one fish cake im gunna be making for my mid arvo meal during the summer months

Ingredients:

1x can creamed corn

1x tin tuna

1x tin salmon (remove those bones)

1C cooked white rice

4x eggs

3t baking powder

salt and pepper

2T olive oil

dash blue milk

4T whole flax seed

3T chia seed

chopped fresh parsley

2T basil pesto

1 medium diced red onion

1/2 C froxen peas

1/2-1 C whole meal flour

1/2 C bran flakes

mix togther in a bowl.

spoon the mixture into a medium heat pan with a little oil and fry til golden, turn over and contiune cooking until golden.

makes quite a few and these taste great! :nod:

easy to prepare ahead of time and cook off as you need them too.

possibly freeze them also
