So I know that seeing results from weight loss takes a while and there are no short cuts or 'FAST' ways to do so.

Was just wondering if any of you have made a significant change in body within 3 months?

In need of that little extra kick of motivation up the bum :wink:

Significant changes can definitely be made within 3 months. Most bodybuilding contest prep diets run for 3-4 months and I'm sure you've seen how lean many of them get. Likewise, programs such as Body For Life run for 12 weeks and some people have amazing transformations within that time.

If you're strict with your dieting and training, it's not at all uncommon to lose 0.5-1kg of fat a week (depending on your starting size of course, the bigger you are the more you can lose.) Over 3 months/12 weeks that's between 6-12kg of fat, which would make a big change in anyone's appearance.

If you go as hard as someone whos gymed a lot already and you have experience in pushing your self hard. Then you could get some very noticeable results in 3 months.

The problem is with newbies is they don't know how to push them selves at the beginning so results are even slower.
