Ive come across some low cal wholemeal crackers in the supermarket. Kavli is the brand 3 crackers is 119 calories. Up until last week I was having then for lunch with a little cottage cheese on and a small tin tuna with 3 slices cucumber with a tomatoe chopped up on the side, well seasoned. The crackers are wafer thin but surprisingly strong so they don't break up when you pick them off the plate (they are the same size as those horrible ryvita things but ultra thin). Give them a try one day.
