Hows my diet looking?

Hey guys, I took a food diary last week and wanted to see what everyone thought! I only really took notice of my diet last week (My calories ranged each day from 2200-2500).

Breakfast:

3 scrambled eggs.

3/4 cup oats with 20g protein powder

Snack:

Yoghurt

40g nuts

Homemade protein bar

Lunch:

200g Tuna meal/180g Tuna/160g Chicken/250g rice

Apple

Nut bar

Post workout:

Banana

30g protein powder and water

Dinner:

Chicken/Mince/Beef and Mixed veggies

Pre bed:

Slice of cheese

Glass of milk

Any suggestions or advice?

Also Ive been weight training (bulking) for 8 weeks now and gained 4kg but Ive noticed alot of fat gain around my stomach (everywhere else is looking good though!) Is this normal? Or my diet?

if your gaining too much fat then you are eating too many calories...

there are several calorie rich components to your meals that you can start cutting out, ie nut bar. Stick to natural nuts etc...how many gms of protein you getting per day?

Im eating around 2200-2500 calories a day which is under what I am ment to be having which is 3000-3200 (I just cant eat any more).

What do you think I should be dropping?

And I make sure I am having more than 150g a day, but it ranges from 150-200g
