Thought id introduce myself. Im Rod from New Plymouth am 36 yo,male, i train on weights 4-5 times per week for mainly like every tom dick and harry to gain muscle. Im more the gym type, that just goe's in, and does what he feels like, with no programme, i try to break down the muscle groups each day. Ive been training for a few years and have just recently started taking superpump250 + protein, good gains. I go to Rampage in NP, and its always pretty busy, nice friendly staff. Look foward to reading up on programmes and diet ect
