off season split help

hey everyone. just competed yesterday so taking this week off and starting back as of monday. im going to be bulking hard as of now and my goals are to really focus on chest and shoulders. back secondary to those and legs and arms secondary to back.

i was hoping some people would be able to throw out some good split ideas for me to try out this off-season. thanks for whoever comments

Top 3 placegetters qualify for the nationals. You got 2nd, you're in.

There are only 3 qualifying shows for the nationals. There were NO teenage men at the Christchurch show, and I would be surprised if more than 1 makes the trip up from the Nelson show. You're probably guaranteed a top 3 placing at the nationals your first year which is pretty awesome.

NABBA and NABBA / WFF are two different Federations. There are no other teenage men qualified for the nationals other than you and the guy who won your class.

Don't worry, the pig out was a good thing. Your body won't think your dieting anymore then when you do you will drop fat fast again. Good luck !
