decided to do a shred/lean bulk

How many carbs and protein would you guys recommend to include in my macros for a lean bulk?

weight has come down to 97 and i guess im 15ish percent..

Well which one is it?

i don't want to be super lean, i think id look pretty good at around 10% so if i can drop fat and add some mass that would be ideal

Got ya. So its a cut, rather than a lean bulk?

(For the record a lean bulk to me means gaining mass but minimising fat gain, tho we accept it will go up a bit).

As long as your protein is at least 1.5 grams per kg bw and your weight is dropping slowly I'd just keep going with what you're doing.

Maybe get body comps done every two weeks just to monitor that you're not dropping too much lean mass. If it drops too much add protein / carbs til its tracking okay.

No point making things too complicated! :grin:

just start cutting down on carbs n replace a majority of saturated fats for polys n monos and take it from there, also adjust carbs based on your speed of weight loss, but it is a good idea to start with having 5-6 small (some medium sized).

good carbs are like baked potatoes, oats etc

each meal should be 30gm protein, 20-40gm carb and have a total of 80gm fats per day.

200-300gm carbs

180-220gm protein

80gm fats per day brah!!
