Bringing Legs into a show

Sometimes I can be sitting down for ages then get up and my quads look extremely vascular and sometimes I can be walking around and my legs look awesome as well but sometimes I can do exactly the same thing and there's hardly a vein to be seen. With a comp looming tomorrow I'm wondering what's the best way to guarantee my quads will be looking as vascular as they can when I jump on stage?

I have seen guys backstage at shows lying on there backs with there legs elevated for an hour before they go on and that seemed to work for some but not others. Any tips or advice?

yeah man i was wondering the same thing i find when i have a hot bath for half and hour when i get out im vascular everywhere. obviously you cant do this at a show tho...

Hey man I was watching a interview with Ronnie Coleman when he and all the other guys such as Flex Wheeler, Kevin Lerovne etc were touring Europe and Ronnie said he asked them the same thing and I think it was Flex said a cup of vodka the night before the comp, and Ronnie said he woke up looking dry and a lot tighter. :nod:

I'm not a competitor BUT I am naturally very veiny. Mine stick out in the hot temperature, or when im very hot. Very noticeable - Looks awesome.

I also remember seeing a bodybuilding show and heard that sugars help. Like snickers bars, lollies etc.

Maybe sour lollies could be good, will get your temp up too maybe?

Ask the tanner to slap you down rather than wipe it on. The American Pros back stage while being patted down just change and veins start popping out during this time.

Jellybeans are powerful about 5-10 mins b4 going on. Try them 30mins b4 and you'll "feel" the effect as u pump up, save some cause the effect only last 5-10 mins. And no black ones...noone likes a blackened smile.

Red wine is popular but I like the sound of a vodka martini, shaken :-)
