hey everyone. just wondering what you guys personally find to work best when training for pure size. i usually train 5 days a week but might try 4 for a while to see if a little extra rest helps me. this will give me a rest day between most workouts. oh and also please state if your are using :)

na not jelly brah. if ur using drugs u can train more and get better gains, thats all
