trying to create a cutting/cardio plan

Hi guys - As above im in the process of putting together a cardio/cutting routine and thought i'd post it up for criticism/advice

Monday - 6pm Boxing session normally 1hour 30mins

Tuesday - Am = skipping 2 mins on 1 mins off for a total of 10 rounds

- Pm = Gym session (Chest/Tris)

Wednesday - 6pm Boxing session normally 1hour 30mins

Thursday - Am = skipping 2 mins on 1 mins off for a total of 10 rounds

- Pm = Gym session (Back/Bi's)

Friday - 6pm Boxing session normally 1hour 30mins

Saturday - Am = skipping 2 mins on 1 mins off for a total of 10 rounds

- Pm = Gym session (Shoulders/legs)

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday AM interval training will be done around 6am in the morning any tips to help sustain muscle mass?
