Calories in transition from bulking to cutting

Just finished my first ever bulk  and now am transitioning into my cut...

Do you guys take like a week of gradually lowering you're calories (for example 100 calories a day) until you reach a certain deficit (eg.500 cals)

Or do you just go straight into you 500 cal (or whatever it is) deficit?

Does it really matter or is it just personal preference?

:P:P:P:P:P:P:P:P:P:P

Slight reduction fella. A good way to do it is take out sauces and added fats first before cutting calories by removing whole foods. I found (given I clean bulk) just removing the sauces ect is enough for the first 3-4 weeks with an increase in cardio (none to some :pfft: )

Thats a good idea, but sadly I didn't use a shit load of sauces and I ate a lot of starchy carbs :D

One month away im gonna want my 1000 calorie pancakes back (clean but a f*ck load of carbs)

And wouldn't you keep fats pretty much the same bro? Well, unless you had more than 100 grams a day
