Inner thighs

Hey ladies,

I know you can't spot reduce fat. However for my to loose my inner thigh giggle I need to drop to seriously low body weight and I look too thin. Do any of you know a magic workout formula? I have thought of lipo - anyone had it there and keen to share your experience?

That sounds good Chloee. You could also try wide-stance squats Danella. Resistance exercises like this can increase your muscle if you do the exercises consistently and include regular protein in your diet. And more overall muscle mass means an increased metabolism for burning fat.

More muscle on a female means you can look lean and shapely, as opposed to thin.

Resistance exercise is a good, honest way to keep yourself in shape on the outside, and feeling good on the inside.

Deep squats + stretches or vertical leg press it all the way down OR lunges are a surefire. 3x15 at about 10% more weight than you're used to (unless you have an ankle or knee injury). If you can't walk the next day, you're doing it right \:D/ \:D/ :grin: doms doms doms

Try Zumba, its a Latin dance inspired workout, its lots of fun it doesn't even feel like exercise. I did it for 6 weeks and even though it didn't change my number on the scale, my thighs and waist got smaller. You can buy Zumba DVD, and if u,have a Wii or Xbox 360 they have Zumba games too! Also you are 12, and most girls tend to put on weight during puberty, or before they start their periods. Not to worry you, just saying. Best luck! :)
