Thought I'd introduce myself, name's Matt.

21 years old, been lifting (properly) for about 3 of those now.

Currently on my way to a degree in Sport and Exercise Science.

Have interests all over the exercise field, currently have goals surrounding bodyweight training and 'feats of strength'.

Look forward to discussing and learning from ya'all!

Hey Pseudonym, I'm studying at AUT University, in Auckland.

I have a pretty long list of goals, the flag being one, muscle-ups another.

I can manage a few 'wall' pressup handstands... Balance has never been my forte unfortunately

What about a double body weight bench press??

And the one handed pull up record hasn't been broken since 1988?

You could beat Kaz's time for rolling up a teflon frying pan!!

Or grizzly brown bending 4-6kg barbells across his head...

List some more of your goals :D

Actually one handed pull-ups are another goal. Just one or two would be a nice start :) world record coming later.

Another few are clapping handstand pushups, planche pushups, assisted one handed handstand pressups, and a variety of handstand presses (planche - handstand, seat - handstand etc).

Perhaps 'feats of strength' was the wrong title for what I'm going for... :?

No those are still feats of strength :D One handed pull ups are generally done with a ring.

A clapping hand stand pressup??!!! thats explosive! I'll give you a race for that one :D

A race? You're on!

Yeah, I'd love to just bust out a planche. Unfortunately, I just bust.

And painful if you get it wrong, I'd think. But if you want to take it to a whole other level, try this:

I've been training for a planche for while, will let you know when I master it :D

That's a crazy vid man.... You can see plenty of ways that could go wrong. I have had enough problems trying them on a flat surface
