treatment as in permanent treatment like operation... my girlfriend got me some of these strips from her work that u put on top of my mouth.. they worked good! but i only snore when im 97.76kg or higher lol

true might try those strips i don,t need surgery or anything that serious might start doing some cardio again get fit and fix it the natural way but the missis been saying im really loud at the moment lol

Yeh i started snoring out of the blue,tried those strips and yup they work.

Gets fucking annoying when your mrs wakes you every time you start snoring.

I need to get my nose re broke,one nostril is smaller than the other.

It is seen that mostly people snore when they get more tired.

So people who have snoring problem should try to decrease their sleeping duration.
