i play Bodybuilding from 7 month but i have problem

i get my Supplement but i don't no how to use it

Animal pak - Creatin Monohydrate - omega3 - HMB - GLUTAMINE - GAKIC - Whey Protein

Probolic Protein - ANABOLIC AMINO 10,000

i get from my bed at 4pm and i go to work at 8 pm and to gym 12 am and sleep at 6 AM

why you on sooo many things man? thats like what just over $300 worth of supps whereas you could spend much less and jump on some test and get double the benefits assuming your diet is mint but i would realy know about test just sayingg..

you been gyming for 7 months? fill us in on some details..age,weight,weight before you started gym,height.. dont waste your money on two many supps stick to the basics for now tub of myofusion some size on creatine and a deamon like diet you will grow fine.

no point buying a fuk load of supps and not knowing how to use it wheres the sense in that u start with baby steps, with the basics then if you feel you need other supps do your research then jump on it once you feel you know enough about it and how it works..its like you popping a viagra to fuk a slut but not knowng how to use your dik mann..

this site has a massive knowledge bank do your research first but yeah keep it simple for now man

fuk bro u bought all this sht and actually dont know how to use it? 73 is your end of month target im guessing? ..um best bet really bro would be to jump on to www.shotgunsupplements.co.nz type in each supplement one by one click on the one thats yours when the search results come up..if you scroll down on the supplement not only does it give a a brief discription below the nutritional facts would be a recomendd dose and how to use section should be in a rectangular box bottom right of the page

Directions For Universal Animal Pak: Take a single pak with breakfast or any other meal with plenty of water.

with the omega3 folow bottle instructions? as with all the other supps it would be at the back.. but yeah usualyy its recommended with every meal..

your whey protien i usually space it out 3-4 times a day making sure one of them your having str8 after your workout..

your creatine againg depending on which one your on its usually recommended that your sipping on it during your wrkout or have it after..

yer bro this is like ultimate noood post its frustrating lol..dont expect much sht just on supplements dont go boasting sht cuz your on this that and the other you will see no gains your diet makes up 80% of your growth..so make sure your eating like a stonned deamon ..i reckon save your supps for a later stage when you actually know what your doing..

Hmm. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, and assume you're not a troll. Where are you from, Maserati? How did you find this site?

Denzil has given you good advice. But you really don't need all those supplements at this stage. Use the whey protein and don't worry about the rest.
