I would imagine splitting your workouts to focus on your core strength lifts, so pressing one day chest, overhead and tricep, then deadlift and a pulldown and row, then squat, ham and calf. Chest and back is a big workout unless you are only doing one or two exercises per bodypart and really in a bulk shoulders and arms is only 5 or 6 exercises total and none particularly demanding on your CNS.

I did a 3-day a week routine for 3 mths end of last year got me up to 118kg.

I picked my 3 weakest bodyparts from Legs, Back, Shoulders and Chest and did those over 3 days. Then did Triceps, Biceps, and the strong bodypart after those workouts...one for each day. For the strong bodypart just pick a couple of exercises don't treat it like the other bodyparts.

You'll gain mass and at the same time grow in proportion and look better for it.

For me I dropped Chest and sometimes I skipped doing it a week (big deal), othertimes I did it after shoulders would do a high incline press which uses Shoulders and dumbbell flyes, was enough to maintain.
