How big of a factor is convenience? Instead of having it all as one powder, you can invest an extra 5 minutes and use the blender. Protein powder, milk, yogurt, bananas, berries, and olive oil. Delicious and likely better for you than commerical mass gainers.

This is what I want to do after the comps...start every day with a blender of fruits, oats, whey, and oils.

Can easily get 1,000 calories if you use the following in a blended shake:

100gms Oats 6p 60c 0f = 264cals

x1 Banana 0p 20c 0f = 80cals

x1 Apple 0p 15c 0f = 60cals

30ml Olive Oil 0p 0c 30f = 270cals

x2 scoops WPC 50p 10c 0f = 240cals

1 cup Mixed berries 0p 20c 0f = 80cals

Total = 994 calories

Protein = 50gms

Carbs = 125gms

Fats = 30gms

Oh god that looks good Android. Can't wait for offseason. My off season morning shake is very similar to yours except I use flaxseed oil instead of olive oil and no apple. I follow it up with 4 pieces of toast w peanut butter and banana and a cup of rolled oats (porridge) w sultanas and cinnamon. Yep somewhere around 1800 calories @ meal 1 lol.

Actually when I first started out bulking hard several years back(and had next to no idea what I was doing) my morning shake was a Double Trumass shake w 2 cups of milk (1500 calories by itself), glass of apple juice, 2 bananas, 2 cups of oats, handful of mixed berries and a tablespoon of flaxseed oil. Ended up being 2L of thick tasty goodness. Needless to say my blenders kept shitting themselves within 3 months of purchase lol. Mass gainers are bloody cheap and convenient. And it packed alot of size onto me (not all good size though :shifty: )

Yeah I was pretty surprised as well as if 1,000 calories wasn't enough he saw my 1,000 and raised me another 800!

Must have a bottom-less pit, or maybe those Legs are absorbing all the food

some guys say to eat as much as u absolutely can with breakfast.

off season i have..

blender shake - 1x banana, handful frozen berries, 1 scoop whey, water and ice

1.5 cups oats made into porridge, cooked in water with yellow anchor milk on top

2 slices vogels toast with peanut butter

4x eggs

couple coffees

i could eat more but thats prob enough to be honest

Yea buddy, 20kg bag of Fonterra Whey Protein Concentrate for $370 and a 25kg bag of Dextrose Monohydrate for $35, there's your mass gaining for a few months right there !!

Don't bother paying for a brand and flavouring and all that shit, just go basic.

Where do i get that from for that price?

yea yea hole food is best bla bla sometimes i can,t be fuked so a ready made mass shake is conveniant mutant mass is not that expensive when you work out your getting over a thousand calories MCT fats which are good and waxy maize which is a quality carb not just simple suger to get the equivilent in hole food it would not work out cheaper i mean i eat a minimum of 5 hole meals a day sometimes a couple of mass shakes make life a hole lot easier
