I was in Christchurch a few days ago for a visit and went to Snap Riccarton. It wasn't bad, although the Concept 2 Rower needed fixing as the strap had broken. I found it very hard to find places which sold Pre-workout supplements, I was really surprised, Gymeeze appeared to be the only place. I would have expected the health food shops to have been well stocked. Anytime Riccarton looked a great gym and it is clear that they are the best of the 24 hour chains. I was surprised that Les Mills are only having one gym and judging by its location, you would think it would really struggle as it looks a bit inaccessible. I believe Jetts are opening in CHCH at some stage, word of advice, they are pretty hopeless regarding free weights, and have mostly pin loaded stuff.
