Hi All

Im 31 years old from Bucklands beach Akl,Train at the Fletcher building gym in Penrose (work gym).Goals are to bulk up. I'm 6ft 3. and weigh 87kg.

Last year i was 78kg my goal weight is 110kg.Have read shit loads of helpful tips on here for the last year so thought i better become a member and introduce myself.

is that the gym where they mix and match the plates randomly by the bench for benchpressing? that always made me rage!

Hah yes that's the one! pisses me off too.Get what you pay for i guess,$180 for a years membership is dirt cheap.I work on the floor above it,so i go to the gym on my lunch break which is ideal for me.

damn i had to pay twice as much as that...still was/is cheaper than any other gym I've been to

I think its $360 total but its subsidized for Fletcher employees.
