and ya i am international students so cant sleep more than 8-9 hours as i am in level 6 course.

help me out

8-9 hours is plenty of sleep.

I would start off eating your basic breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try to have a serve of protein (say eggs, chicken or steak) and carbs (say oats, rice or potatoes) as part of each of these meals along with a serve of fruit and/or vegetables.

In addition try to have 2-3 protein shakes a day. This will be a good start.
