Initially, take half the recommended amount (one capsule) 2 times daily) for the first 7 days to determine your tolerance. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day.

I have tried alot of thermos on the market and found them to have little or no affect.Day 1 when I took this I ignored the first 7 day rule just took normal dose.Within 20 mins felt a bit queasy for remainder of day killed of appetite completly not a bad thing when you are dieting.

On day 2 I decided to take them before cardio along with my usual l-carnitine.noticed a definite increase in heart rate and a little bit more energy maybe in my head not sure. After cardio completed felt a little bit nauseas but soon went away felt pretty good for rest of day appetite okay.

On Day 3.Same routine as usual.Increased heart rate feeling preety good .On completion no sick feeling.I guees took a little while for my body to adjust .

As far as thermos go its doing its Job .Price wise I am not sure as i was givin these to test drive.I think they are around the $90.00 mark.

Compared to other Thermos I have tried I rate these as quite strong with the physical effects to the body any way. This would be the first thermo I have had that suppreses appetitie as well.

Overall rating 7/10

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't yohimbe a prescription only med in NZ? If so then Dyma-Burn shouldn't be for sale over-the-counter....[/quote

I didnt get the product over the counter .I did not relise yohimbe was prescription only .Whats is suppose to do .Whats the reasoning of it being prescription only.

Yohimbine is a available here in quite a few places as part ingredients in fat burners , I have seen it on a number of occasions however if you try to import in as a sole ingredient you run into problems, so I have been told.

I was also interested to know what Ephedrina is it says it is herbal ? does this mean Ma Huang ?

Ephedrina - just another marketing ploy to confuse the punters. Hmmm. Ephedrina - Ephedrine. Sounds similar so it must mean it does the same thing. Nice one. Ephedrina is Dymatize's name for the Salvia Sclarea that they have added to their formula/\.

I have seen it on a number of occasions however if you try to import in as a sole ingredient you run into problems, so I have been told.

In that case if I import a fat burner with ephedrine added to it it should be alright? Sorry but no - sounds like an excuse by the retailer to make themselves feel better.

In reality I don't know the reason why Yohimbe was made prescription only, however it is, and it requires a pharmaceutical licence to be imported and/or sold, and the user needs a prescription to get it. I'd wager customs aren't particularly strict on it hence the reason retailers are selling it. It has now become popular again in the US for weight loss as an alternative to ephedrine - not that it is even remotely similar to ephedrine, however it is all the rage again - kinda like it was in the early 90's.

I would have been surprised were it really an ephedrine product. I have bought a few products, mainly overseas but a couple here that have contained yohimbe or yohimbine hcl, it was never the main ingredient and to be honest I didnt think much of any of those products.

I sometimes wonder if the importers of these things into NZ are really aware of all the ingredients in any given import.

sorry for taking your good product review off topic!

I do believe, after doing a few googles, that one of the main reasons yohimbine would have become prescription only was it's role in the erectile disfunction industry. Maybe it stepped on Viagra/Cialis's toes...conspiracy theories abound.
