i go to gym about 5 times a week, have had rugby trainings (over now) and will start boxing training soon. my diet is pretty good, getting alot of protein threw out the day. with 5 or 6 bigish meals. pretty healthy eating too

Pre work out sup: mesomorph

Hi JD. It's certainly easy to spend a lot of money on all those "extra" supps. Some are worthwhile - like your postworkout protein, and creatine.

The rest I treat like the casino. Fun to have a little flutter with now and then, but don't expect to get rich quick. :D

Agree with Pseudo.. Stick with the basics mate and dont bother with the rest to be honest. After spending thousands of $$ over the years on everything with the fanciest ads :pfft: and getting little to nothing for it, protein, creatine and pure form aminos imo are the only supps worth spending money on.

If your feeling a bit rich I quite like Scivation Xtend in place of cheaper bulk aminos etc. Other than that keep your cash mate and spend it on good food.
