Newbie to supplements

Hello guys

I've been weight-training for about 2 months, doing some starter-strength stuff. During that time I havent used any supplements. Recently moved to a new plan aimed towards mass gains (heavy weight, low reps) and started looking into taking supplements. I have no idea where to start, but I did come across this supplement plan from this guy Luii Marco (youtube him). He seems like a guy who knows his stuff. Here's this list:

-Multi-vitamin

-Omega 3 capsules

-Glucosamine

-Whey protein

-Casein

-BCAA's

-Glutamine

-Creatine

-Dextrose or maltodextrin

-Tribulus

I haven't bought this stuff yet. Money is not a huge concern for me as long as the product works.

What do you guys think of this stack? Is it too much? Is there anything missing? Is there anything I shouldn't be taking together/should be taking separately? I'm 20 years old, 168cm 60kg. Wanting to gain muscle and strength, not too worried about losing fat. I eat 5-6 meals a day, mostly vegetables, lean meat , fish, rice and bread, no fast food. I'm new to this so any response would be appreciated

I would say that given where you are, I don't see the need for any supplements at this moment in time. I'd sort your diet out til all your i's are dotted and your t's are crossed and gain size from that method. That way you know that you've got a winning formula. Give it perhaps 3 months and perhaps add some whey, bcaa's and creatine.

Fish oil (omega 3's) will be of benefit but not needed, glucosamine should be taken in conjunction with chondroitin ans MSM, again beneficial for joints but don't see it necessary at this point and a multi can be covered by getting your 5+ a day and is only necessary in the absence of these. Best to get them from veges and fruit as we probably haven't discovered all the vitamins in the world yet so if you eat these you are less likely to be deficient as if we are unaware of it's existence it cannot be synthetically made
