People who freak out when they see a chick lifting heavier and/or with better form than them...

 

 

I kinda had this happen this week.  Found out a chick I know has a 3 lift total around 4.9xbodyweight.

 

It makes for quite a good motivating force

At the gym that I work at the other day played  a song with the word pizza in thought why dose this song have to be played while I am cutting.

Oh, that is brilliant. If I were a gym manager, I'd wait until it's bodybuilding nationals time, then play this every night. :D

seeing or hearing Les Mills adds heard one on the radio today at the gym that I work thought pass me the bucket made me sick as well

why is that gymrat?

because of the way that the pt manger at les mills dunedin handled my complant about that stupid trainer who messed my prep last year

What's with people holding onto the front of the treadmill while walking on it? Especially seems to be the case when they've got a steep incline. That's just like getting pulled up a hill so all you have to do is move your legs and you don't even actually have to exert any force in moving yourself forward. *Facepalm*

kind of the same as fagots that get spotted for multiple reps. guy at the gym asked me to spot him on like 70kg or some beta shit (benching) and said 6-8 reps so i was like ok whatever. then he does 1 rep and gets stuck under bar on 2nd rep so i spot him. then he keeps going and im lifting literally over half the weight (which was easy coz im not a weak beta c*nt). racked the bar (i did it) on 5th rep. told him he was wasting his and my time. see it all the time with ppl (gaylords) benching 100-120kg. brb benching 5 reps of 120kg when 1rm is 100kg. probably was a member of this forum coz 83% of members here are beta faggots

Funny shit ive read all day, see this at the gym all the time. And im beta as f*ck but atleast i know i what weight i can move

Les Mills Dunedin and thank god I am no longer a member thanks to one of the trainers  there stuffing up comp prep by making me do a six day carb up no wonder I looked flat on stage

 

Ratty you look flat all the time. You annoyed that trainer with 24/7 txts then talk crap bout them when you eat sushi etc that wasn't even in your diet. they glad to get rid of you and so would all the female members at that gym cause you a creep.
