An Asian brother at the gym I go to only works his biceps each time I see him at the gym. All kinds of curls for a whole hour. Must weigh about 50kgs at 5'9. I feel bad for him.

lol yea, same as these guys were doing. I caught them about 30-40 minutes before they were done and they were doing all sorts of cable bicep exercises for that whole time. Young school going blokes I would imagine, and the biceps were coming along, but the rest not.

There's a couple of Asian guys who come into my gym at around 12am, they goto one machine and do 5 reps then sit there for 10 minutes and do another 5 (light weights too). Then they just move.....

1. Bad smelling people.

2. People who don't use proper form.

3. Idiots who see you doing something then try to do the same and fail.

Les Mills Dunedin and thank god I am no longer a member thanks to one of the trainers  there stuffing up comp prep by making me do a six day carb up no wonder I looked flat on stage

To be fair, there's a million different ways to prepare someone for a comp. A six day carb up is unusual, but not unheard of. And it certainly wouldn't have made you look flat on stage - it would have quite the opposite effect, if anything.

And isn't slurping from a water fountain the whole point of water fountains?!

If you carbed up for six days you shouldn't be flat.... smooth maybe, depends if you over shoot the amount you need. 

They would have done it over six days to gradually build it up rather than on the day. Its pretty common method...

I swear to god, if you so  much as grunt in that gym you get a hundred skinny fucks laughing at you.
