picked up some Voltaren Emugel, 63 Ibuprofen tablets, 28 Norflex tablets, some physio sessions and 2 weeks to focus on making my legs bigger & core stronger

Better!

True dat!..was also thinking of using the time to rest and recuperate my body for those two weeks by staying away from the gym?? Good idea or not?

What you were thinking of spending two weeks at work!

the strait jacket will be on its way quick smart!

I could use up 2 weeks leave for the hell of it? :pfft:

...measured my resting heart rate @ 44bpm. Wow strong heart, jelly brahs? :pfft:

I'm a bit dubious about this. Reckon you e-statting. For someone your size and fitness level that is unusually low.

Maybe he counted wrong... Or they were double beats :pfft:

Counted to 22 in 30s, was surprised at how low that was (was 53 when I measured it last a few months ago) so counted all the way to 60s and it was 44 on the button as expected.

What's my fitness level?

I wouldn't have thought HIIT 3x a week was enough to get your RHR down to 44. I guess lack of smoking and drinking means your heart is in pretty spotless condition. Jelly as phuck

I have been doing cardio consistently for probably 18 months though - HIIT and LISS 50/50, but lately I've shifted more and more to HIIT. Plus I'm forever trying to cut down my rest periods between my sets with weights. Plus let's not forget I used to be carrying round 120kegs, but am now 105. I think this all adds up to pretty good general fitness.
