Different Clen cycles

I usually run my Clen cycles 2 days buildup, 2 weeks Max dose, 2 days come down, 2 weeks off then repeat. But I always find I burn more fat in the first week. Has anyone run 1 week on, 1 off? Is 1 week enough to clear receptors?

Have also been researching using ketofin (found in sleep gels) which means you can stay on for weeks at a time but I'm not sold on it. Anyone else use them? Results? Good or bad

try 10days on/off. no buildup

you find you burn more fat in the first week? or you find your side effects subside after the first week so you assume you were burning more fat in the first week?

the clen is still burning fat long after your body builds a tolerance to the side effects such as shakes and cramping. people think just because they loose that wired feeling it gives you it must have stopped working and your receptors need 'clearing out'

A common cycle of just clen is to Pyramid up, this is because fresh receptors need less. Pyramid up works great for up to 3 weeks every day, then come off for 2 weeks. (Can go on fat-burners for that 2 weeks and then repeat cycle).

Another clen only cycle that can be run is:

5 days on - 2 days off for 2 weeks, then 2 weeks fat-burners, then back to 2 weeks clen 5 on- 2 off.

Adding T3 with clen means you can run clen for as long as you run the T3 (4-5 weeks is fine). It keeps the beta-receptors open and so reduces the blunting effect that clen has over time.

Clen on it's own (with no cardio or diet change) can do nothing for some people. In other people they lose "weight" on the scales and are happy with that.

There is some doubt that Anti- histimines like Benadryl actually do anything to upregulate Beta 2 receptors. Many guys report no extension to the downgrade of these that long term Clen usages causes.

"Benadryl is what's called to as an H-1 blocker while Clenbuterol is a beta-2 adrenergic agonist-hence it works through an entirely differently mechanism. The most effective way to upregulate clenbuterol receptors is to take some time off of the drug (for example 2 weeks on/2 weeks off or ramp up the dosages every 2-3 weeks by 20 mcgs until a maximum dosages of around 120 mcgs is reached.

I am of the opinion that the only thing benadryl is going to do for you is make you sleepy!"

Yeah I know what you mean, I don't feel as wired on it I just literally don't seem to lose as much fat in the second week as I do in the first, diet, training and cardio being exactly the same. Maybe my receptors build up a tolerance quicker than other people? Maybe I'm just impatient lol.

I have run 3 competition and 2 summer cuts with Clen and it's always been the same.

Thanks for the heads up Android and mnz, might give pyramiding a go and start running T3 at the same time as the clen. I thought the Sleep gels idea sounded too good to be true. I've got a mate who just tried it and his fatloss was pretty stagnant in the third week when he added sleep gels.

Android what would be your pyramid up dosages be looking like.. Im looking to run clen 2 weeks on/2 weeks off (take fat burners on the 2 weeks off) what would a good plan look like.. appreciate your help
