Just bought some of this. $95 for 4kg choc wpc or $125 for 4kg isolate with free shipping is pretty cheap so thoght id give it a go. Just hope it tastes alright. Anyone tried it?

u live in aussie? with the high australian dollar i doubt these deals would be that great for people in nz

odd thing is the physical address is almost exactly the same as Eat me..

Where are they getting the chocolate WPC from? Or are Eat me, Nutratech just blending in flavor themselves?

Be keen on a 20kilo bag of flavored rather than natural

it is my understanding that by law dairy products which are 'made in new zealand' can only be made using raw ingredients sourced locally (from within nz). probably fonterra protein, and yes im pretty sure they blend the flavour themselves

Venom is definitely the cheapest out there right now unless you go to davis trading for a 20kg bag unflavoured wpc and even then its pretty competitive.

Just keen to see if they are the real deal, 4kgs unflavoured wpc for $85 with shipping included is a good deal.

Whey is a by product of making cheese. It aint worth shit. Its the whole sports industry thats made it expensive. We get absolutely fucked on the price of whey. The cheaper the better, especially if its nz made. Just like the milk prices.

whey powder is not the same thing as whey protein concentrate or isolate. whey powder is predominantly lactose, and youre right its worth f*ck all

Back to the subject...

Placed an order last night for 4kg of WPI, it processed, and I received a confirmation email. Not long after I received the confirmation, I received another email updating my order status to "Refunded" with an apology as they're currently out of stock because of a delay in shipment of 2 weeks.

It hasn't been refunded yet, but hoping that's just a credit card processing issue.

I could be wrong but 2 weeks for a shipment to travel within NZ (assuming Venom get their wpi from fonterra and not overseas) is stretching it a bit.

Dunno - just had high hopes for Venom but it seems they're playin up hard! lol
