hi frangipani

i dont want to burst your bubble or your enthusiasm but you may want to look into doing a comp that is furthure down the line... 6 weeks isnt enough time... you wont be able to cut down enough body fat and when you do start cutting you will end up lookin like a twig as you have next to nothing in terms of lean body mass...like you said ya havent been doing much in terms of exercise lately also if you try and cut in 6 weeks your more likely to end up losing the mass that you have got.

i am speaking from experience here.. i gave my self four months i worked out twice a day and i soon realised that my lean body mass wasnt as much as i though... ie looking pretty skinny and not like a body sculptor..

if i could go do it again i would give myself 6-8 months of bulking then a 13-12 week cut... set yourself up to succeed and do it right..

just my two cents

Guess I should have been more specific - it's not a bodybuilding comp, and I'm deffinitly not wanting to bulk up, Just wanting to cut a little fat and tone up :)

Last time I got my body fat % measured was around 19% [from what I remember] that's when I was abit heavier.

Frangipani, you pretty much answered your question in your opening post. Stop being lazy with your exercise and eating chick.. Gotta start taking accountability.

Start a journal in here if you want? We can help keep you on track ;)

I hate these people lol. An old mate (male) was about 5ft10-11 sat round 95KG at less than 12%bf, literally ZERO physical activity, ate absolutely anything, weekend long benders on the piss etc etc.. Genetics grrr
