sausage & egg muffins

bought to you by team swole.

i use 24 eggs, and 8 sausages. this makes 12 muffins. 3 muffins is a meal, so a meal is 6 eggs and 2 sausages.

1) grease texas muffin tins. i put paper on the bottoms.

2) crack 2 eggs into each muffin, dont break.

3) slice up sausages, drop into eggs. 2 sausages per 3 muffins.

4) salt and pepper, bake 180degrees for about 20 mins.

easy and yum! :nod: cheap manfood too.
