Breakfast Smoothie

This has been a part of my breakfast for a while now, delicious and nutritious :D It makes roughly 1L of smoothie.

all measurements are approx as I just eyeball it now, but wouldn't be out by much.

300ml blue milk

2 med-large bananas

60g protein powder (2 scoops) - I prefer using vanilla

200g Yogurt - usually whats on special, mixed berry or vanilla is preferred

50ml of extra virgin olive oil

Handful of frozen strawberries, 7 or 8. Any berries will do, these are just cheapest

Approx. Cals and macros;

Calories:1328

Protein:72

Carbs:98

Fats:72

This is a great way to get supplements in too, I add DAA everyday and Creatine on non workout days. Those of you who've used DAA know it tastes like crap, but I can't taste it all mixed in with the smoothie.

only 50ml olive oil? thats not much for you pal, whats going on? typo?

Sorry, you're right Tom. Was meant to be 500ml :roll: Had a feeling you'd comment on that, but no need to start that debate again :lol:
