Good on ya Brett. Good lifts for your class bro.

John and Andrew are good buggers and will no doubt be able to help out as you get along...like you say youre going to get schooled up in PL but it would be a great experience.

Go hard!

Just curious, what would be the totals of the other lifters be that you say will 'kick your arse?'

Also, in powerlifting, do some countries have better access to superior lifting equipment?

heres the 2010 results

http://www.powerlifting-ipf.com/fileadmin/data/results/2010/World_Sub-Junior_Junior_Powerlifting/Men/scoresheet_m.htm

re; the superior equipment...no its all on the IPF approved list or it cant be used in comp

the question could be "Which countries have the best chemists" :pfft:

hahaha!! Very interesting you say that, cause I found in an article that an ex-soviet lifter in the 125kg class reckons his chemist or 'coach' gave him certain compounds that change the mollecular structure of certain compounds already in his system so they are undetectable, and he was also continually changing the compounds he was given... I just wish I could find the article again. Real eye opening stuff I didn't realise it was that intense... So who would pay for all this? I'm certain the Russian didnt work as he trained 40 mins 3-4 times a day including 2 hours of ab work in a pool and used ice baths, massage, heat release and all sorts of stuff... Wouldnt have much time left in the day to work? And this 'chemist' must be expensive to do all that stuff?
