When to change..............

Am 42 and have been lifting for just on 2 years.

Have gone from 96kg to around 79 kg/BF % 25 odd to around 12.

Diet is pretty much spot on as i am maintaining bf and lifting Lean Mass at about 1 kg per month.

Question i have is at what stage would one consider assistance with roids. 2 years/5 years or 10 or whatever.

Or. Stop wating my time and continue what i am doing......

What are my goals - 85-90kg with same bf%................

When your gains have stopped and you feel you have reached a point both mentally and physically where you need a change. When you have studied all you can and are sure you want to use aas . If your gonna do it you are gonna do it. Good luck with whatever choices you make

its entirely up to the individual...if your happy training the way you are then stick with it, but if your wanting the kick (and feeling like your 21 again) then test could be up your alley. At your age you could consider seeing your dr for hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Just look through the steroid forums, many people have their first cycle experience listed and explanations as to why they ventured to the dark side :twisted:

If the choice was to go ass what would be the recommended 1st cycle and what would the cost be if one was to do this ?

What would be expceted in terms of gains ?

What should the nutrition be ?

Sorry for the obvious questions. Have researched plenty but would like nz opinions.

Tell me to "fu.. off" if i am wasting time......

No offence, but I'd be really suprised if you're gaining 1KG of lean mass a month.. If thats the case you'll be where you wanna be in 6 months or so??

As to when you should take gear I believe it's impossible to put a time on it, one person might be up to it in 6 months another might not be in 6 years. Do your research then if you decide it's for you, do it. f*ck what anyone else thinks.

to be honest, if you have been trianing for that long you should know your nutrition plan by now, or how to eat to acheive specific goals. if on aas its as simple as eating alot more than usual, especially protein due to bodys increased ability to synthesise protein...

cost would be around $350 for 500mg test pw for 12 weeks. and another $150ish for nolva for pct. But if you know someone in the know then likely to be cheaper

gains should be lean muscle gain of 3-7kgs on average for first cycle based on my reading (am in middle of first cycle now), if you eat and train enough then dependant on individual and your diet etc...

IMO 500mg per week for 12-15 weeks, two shots per week.

As someone mentioned, at your age can probably get a script, see a mens clinic possibly? I think prescription sust is about $300 for 10ml, so the best part of $1000. UG prices are gonna depend on who you know.
