depends on your body composition and wieght, but nothing wrong with egg white, sometimes il eat a 100 on an high colourie week, so decide about the percentage of protein per mass you want to go with as there are many different opinions and make up the shortages up with them.

try http://www.nzprotein.co.nz they do good tasting egg powder that mixes well. Its cheap too.

haha I agree!

Hope you're cooking those eggs - raw eggs obviously have a risk of salmonella but also long-term biotin deficiency! Raw eggs just aren't a good idea

I was under the impression that salmonella from eating raw eggs is not an issue in NZ, although it can be present on eggshells. Ive eaten raw eggs for years and have never had salmonella

Hmm not that I know of? I just google'd it and think that may be a rumour you've heard?? From what I've read ,the bacteria can enter the egg through the shell :/

Oh you may not but you can google and see, "Raw egg whites contain avidin, a glycoprotein that strongly binds with biotin and prevents its absorption. Thus, the ingestion of large quantities of raw egg white over a long period can result in a biotin deficiency." http://www.vitamin-basics.com/index.php?id=52

However, the yolk contains large amounts of biotin. So if you're consuming whole raw eggs I'd imagine the two would potentially cancel each other out, nullifying the problem. Eat your yolks, or cook your egg whites
