Gyms in Sydney

Does anyone know of a good gym in Sydney, Im over there for work next month and dont wanna miss out on training. Ill be living in the Cityat a hotel in Pottts Point.

Also does anyone know the average price for a session?

Any help much appreciated

From where you are there's a few gyms depending on what you are looking for... if you normally train at a les mills style gym there's a fitness first in the cross, if looking for heavier dumbells there's city gym a 5 min walk form kings cross.. there's a great boxing and muay thai gym just off oxford st if that's your gig...

Most gyms charge around $25

no they aren't sadly.. might be cheaper to buy a 10 trip somewhere? Or just do crappy hotel gym workouts.

Just out of interest Harry, are there any really good hardcore gyms in Sydney? Like Metroflex?

Hey doc... There are a couple of little gyms out in the burbs that have a more hardcore kind of feel and some strong man equipment for training etc etc but no bigger gyms set up like that.

For bodybuilding though there are a couple of larger gyms with 80k DBS and a good set up, just too far away from where I am. The old school hard core gyms are gone...

Fitness first in the cross is also great if your looking for a new boyfriend.

Theres a good gym just over the bridge on darling harbour. Just say your in the Blues rugby team and the manager will be down later to pick up the tab. NZMM approved :pfft:
