Paleo banana bread

Here it is - dairy free, sugar free, gluten free

3 very ripe bananas (mashed)

3 eggs

drizzle of honey or maple syrup (optional if totally sugar free)

Mix all these together well

2 cups almond meal/flour

1/3 cup protein powder (I use cookies n cream flavour)

1 tsp cinammon

1 tsp baking powder (optional)

1 tsp baking soda (optional)

2/3 cup chopped nuts (cashews)/sultanas/cranberries mix

Heat oven to 180

make a well in centre of dry ingredients and pour in wet ones. Mix well (Can mix as much as you like cos no gluten to worry about)

Pour into a well greased (with butter of course) loaf tin and bake for around 40mins

PALEO BROWNIES

1 cup of dark (70% +) choc

1/2 cup coconut cream

1 1/4 cups almond flour/meal

1/2 cup shredded cocnut

2 eggs

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 Tbsp baking powder (gluten free)

Preheat oven to 180

melt choc and coconut cream in a pot over low heat

Once melted put in mixing bowl and add eggs and mix well

Add almond flour, baking powder and salt, mix

Then add coconut and mix well

Pour into a well greased (with butter of course) 8x8 brownie pan

Bake for 25-30 mins
