Me and my hubby are on it for crossfit training and its worked well, you get to eat lots of fat =P~ =P~ =P~ and meat

Pork belly with crackle mmmmm and veges

Did a challenge in May 30 days no sugar no grains and I lost over 2kg

Works well for the training we do

I make a mean paleo banana bread (no sugar, no flour, no dairy) and brownie which satisfies my sweet tooth, slathered in butter too...body builders put down your chicken and broccolli :pfft: :pfft:
