Kre-Alkalyn Timing

Hi guys, Im relatively new to taking supplements, but am currently using 'Go Healthy Kre-Alkalyn' (Am also taking 'Thompsons Tribulis 20,000' but have just ordered Nutrex Vitrex). I currently take 2x Kre-Alkalyn and 1x Trib with breakfast, then 2x Kre-Alkalyn about an hour before the gym at 2.30pm. Just wondering if anyone else is using Kre-Alkalyn and what timing they would recommend.

Cheers for the info. I got put off mono by hearing about the bloating and upset stomach. or maybe I got sucked in by the Kre-Alkalyn marketing.. haha. It seems to work for me though, but you never know how much of it is in your head.

the bloating and the upset stomach are real so are the effects! creatine monohydrate is the most researched creatine product on the market,having tried diff creatines myself I have had good results only with monohydrate.

I have tried mono and kre alk and prefer mono by far, I never had any bloating with mono. Just try it, and if you bloat then use kre alk. But mono has far better results for the majority of users based on research and forum browsing I have done...

I have always had problems with Mono so went off using it a few years ago. Pays not to get to technical with the timing of your Kre-Alk. Bang it in before a workout and after :D You may find you will need to double your dose to see any effects unlike mono so if your are worried about cost go for mono.
