I think maybe they step back cos they get a tad tired of the negative reinforcement everyone is so good at delivering. It can take a bit of energy away from your training.

I actually get news from Android every now and then and he's looking crazy big at the moment. Rookie seems to be going along well also.

Some of us stay on cos we are suckers for punishment!

I keep in touch with him and he is all good. Rookie is a good C. He is training hard and doing well. Looking forward to getting him back to Eastside later in the year.
