Weight loss and sculpting

Ive recently become a gym, enthusiast after a lazy lifestyle.

I'm young only 19, so with my new love for the gym, i now want a better work out. This has led me to supplements.

Currently i am taking whey protein but i want to amp it up.

I am looking shotgun supplements but there are so many choices.

So what i want from my supplements, i want an energy boost, (Preferably no caffeine), weight loss/ increased metabolism as well as possibly a good meal replacement.

I am not ignorant i am aware these are not a miracle cure, to becoming sculpted and healthy. However i feel if i find a good combination i can make the most out of my time in the gym.

My workouts consist of 4-5 days per week with a one day personal trainer helping me.

So any suggestion on stack to take. Or if there is one certain supplement that suits all of my needs.

Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks for your time.

keep taking whey protein, eat some eggs/lean meat etc.. eat lots of veges, go for a run or something every couple of days. maybe buy some creatine-doesn't really do much for me. If you're a lazy c*nt then just mix your whey with some rolled oats and a bit of yogurt and/or milk for a meal replacement.

Basically don't waste your money on overpriced mass gainers/pre-workouts

Food. Good basic food - stuff your grandma would recognise.

But seriously, a little more info would help, such as:

  • training goals - general fitness, burn fat, build muscle?
current diet - how is that working for you? Why do you want the energy boost?
current training - you mention 4-5 days, but is that a mix of cardio/ weights, all cardio, all weights? how's it been working so far?
    some basic stats - gender, height/ weight/ %bodyfat

The reason for the questions is that sure, you could hose a lot of money away on thermos, fatburners, mass-gainer protein, and so on, but if you're just not lean enough already, or if we don't know what you're trying to achieve, all you'd do is waste money.
