Cyclic Bulking

Hi Ive recently started a new diet and it is based on the theory of Layne Norton's cyclic approach to bulking whereby due to my tendency to gain large amounts of bf on a bulk and then lose muscle whilst trying to show it off i will bulk 600cals over maintenance for 8 weeks and then cut for 3-4 weeks at 400-500cals under,i am apprehensive however as it seems somewhat of a 2 steps forward 3 back approach to gaining lean mass but i fucking hate dieting hard after making solid gains and seeing myself shrink.

Workouts will be based on each body part being worked once over nine days,so basically a five day split with abs and calves worked every third day.Rep ranges are cyclic as well 4weeks 6-8,4weeks 8-12,and 4 weeks 12-15 (my tris, bis and calves seem to respond to higher reps).

Macro breakdown will be as advised per pound-1.25gr protein/.25-.30gr fat and fill the rest in with carbs my body weight is 190pounds at 5 10" height.

I am interested to hear critiques, advice and opinions from anyone having some experience with this approach,i usually try to bulk solidly for 6-8 months then reign it in afterwards with a 3-4month cut i have made sick gains using this method but always end up with 20-25lbs to lose as i tend to get carried away with eating on a bulk and have endomorphic tendencies.Cardio is also always performed on and off season with 3-4 30-45min sessions combining HITT,and LISS.

I read up to here then i stopped. i dont need to read the rest, by reading what i quoted i know you just eating the wrong foods and doing it all wrong.

basics, thats what its about man! is your physique advanced? i doubt it so why you doing advanced/complicated diet methods.

you needa eat good clean food on a bulk if and have the total calories of these foods be slightly higher than your expenditure, if your make slight increases more often as then you wont really gain alot of body fat. same goes for you losing all your muscle but you make slight decreases more often.

no offence intended with this post either.
