Well since there is a thread for supplements/brands that are on a blacklist i thought hey why not make one for supplements/brands that do work. I think there might be a thread on here about supplements that work but im more curious to hear about what brands.

I mean lets face it, there will always be things that work for some and not for others.

Have fun

I gotta rep Gaspari, even their test boosters worked a little bit.

Myofusion is boss, and anavite was cool having the beta alanine in the right dosage. Not too expensive but still a upper-market commercial product

I agree. Myofusion works well but superpump was a big let down for me personally

NutraTech BCAA powder. Tastes like shit, just like BCAA should

More of the product being awesome, more than the brand I have.

BCAA FTW! I use it like cocaine...

how do you take it?

As an enema solution for super fast absorption :pfft:

Dump it into water in a shaker, then shake teh shit out of it.

It is the most bizarre powder ever, as it will remain dry even when wet. But shake the hell out of it.

I now am used to the taste and it reminds me of bitter cocoa bean flavor.

And I DRINK it like normal folk.

organic coconut oil...very good

Don't palms grow on tropical beachs?

I would think that all coconuts were organic. You don't use chemicals to help them grow. Or is that a sneaky label that states teh pbvious, but new agers rock and roll for it?

I thought about making Fat-Free Water...

Imagine the profits!

Try leaving it in the water for 3o mins or so after shaking that shit. I find it helps although I haven't used this particular brand but I'd imagine pure BCAA's is all the same

Yep most of them is organic, well i think you might be right it be an sneaky lable to state the obvious but it is also an commercial busseness and many farmers in the US and Pacifiec is growing them now for exporting, so the organic label here meens no firtualising and sprays have been used on them.

:) the fat free water have been done before with great sucsess in the UK in the late 90s. It was a martial arts brand that have branched of from the ITF and started their own affiliation CKD, it was based on all things healty for the body...example by changing standard movements from existing ITF syllabus and modify, the went so far as to market their own water too...lol it was fat free, never less to say they made a mint! it did not last long thou..
