The first winners for the new year are in!

Kicking off January 2011 in style, our Poster of the Month, Android. His 4 cycles over 2 years goes into extensive details about "enhanced" bodybuilding. Loads of stats before and after each cycle. Very informative, thanks Android!

Meanwhile Photo of the Month goes to Defkid, for his impressive transformation over the last year. Fantastic delts and chest, Defkid. Next year we want to see legs to match! :D

And of course, both of you get $100 worth of supplements from the wonderful people at Punch Supplements. Thanks, Punch!

wow cheers all that's awesome.

I got some Morph MegaDrive so will give that a go and see what happens to the workouts.

Hah! Yeah, sorry about that! So here are our rather late February results...

Our Poster of the Month is Tygrrh, for her excellent piece on the benefits of stretching. It was informative and started a good discussion on whether we should stretch, how we should stretch, and (most commonly) why we don't stretch! :grin:

Photo of the Month goes to Mutant Chest's me posing 1st time properly. It's great to see people posting photos of the mandatory poses. Good one, MC - the payoff is you'll be able to track your progress much more clearly as you grow.

There is another payoff, of course... both of you have won $100 worth of supplements each from Punch Supplements. I'll PM you the details.

Hahaha - impatient much, Becbec?! We always wait a couple of days into the new month so that anyone who posts at the end of last month still has time to get some nominations. That said, the results have been collated by the NZBB elves, and ratified by the NZBB mods, in double quick time this month.

So without further ado, the winners for March 2011 are...

Post of the Month - Optimass, for sharing the story of his road to using anabolic steroids. A must-read for newbies considering the juice - and anyone else for that matter. (It's worth noting that Opti abstained from the mods' discussion of winners, but your nominations in this case gave us such a clear mandate there was no discussion required!)

Photo of the Month - Chemo, with his Chilli Salmon recipe and photo. With instructions like "get some of that on the plate", it's an easy recipe to follow and Chemo's mouth-watering photo looked yummy and colourful.
