Anyone Had This Surgery??

hey guys just about to have a distal clavicle resection operation this friday and was wondering if anyone has had this done and what the results were???

I just want to be able to lift with no pain like good old times!!!I dont wann get it done if its not going to get me back to 100%.The surgeon said it will hepl but never will be the same???Which is confusing.So anyone please with knowledge or experience would be awesome im so worried know might cancel but ive waited so long??
