Deca , Dbol only cycle?

I felt worse at 1.2 grams of mixed gear a week, due to not being able to rest enough with the training. I burned out. Work stress was an issue too. I was wasting the oil, not fully utilising it. I jumped the gun, for sure.

After experimentation, 500 test enath and 400 deca was the sweetest deal for me.

Depends on what you intend to get out of it. I am not bulking anymore, and have gone for crossfit styled endurance and speed, so I no longer run higher dosages. The use of higher dosages was a waste as I wasn't lifting the heavy weights and was limiting my diet.

I feel much better running at 375 test enanth/wk, for recovery.

I wil be avoiding Dbol while training like this, but will use Deca in a low dose to support the joints and may consider Boldenone again to further increase redcell count.

I bust my ass at training, and go home as jelly, but anything more than 600mg/wk combined aas will be a waste, imo.
