Damn that meal looks awesome. I eat Mcdonalds and feel like absolute arse afterward. In fact any fast food i do. But its nice once in a while

I eat McD's every day pre-workout, high sodium, high carbs high fat.

Perfect for achiveing a intense muscle pumps, if you eat low fat low, low carbs, low sodium shit all the time your going to get weak pumps etc. The first time i had McD's pre workout omg i think i spent the whole workout feeling my chest was just insanly pumped like never before. So tight like i have never felt before.

Not that the pump is necessary though but its cool none the less.

Also sodium is important for bodybuilders anyway.

I just got a visual of you with your pants down, visable underwear, bordline low & rubbing your chest .....

Introducing the manager of Jetts Fitness Whangaparaoa

No im 100% serious, i spend $70 every week on McD's.

And also serious about the pump, why do you think alot of bodybuilders pre-comp have a high carb/high fat/high sodium meal before they pump up??

Sodium really brings out the veins also and makes the muscle appear "full"

normally it refers to processed and unprocessed foods.

That's not what I've seen from a bunch people here lately. I'm not saying you're wrong, maybe they are wrong.

Who the f*ck knows?

I just think it's a buzz word that shouldn't be used.

processed foods normally have high sodium contents and contain preservitives, thickners, stabilzers etc.

clean food is rice over pasta, oats over breads, chicken breast over chicken sausages.... a clean meal for myself would be low in saturated/animal fats most importantly.

it is abit of a universal term in that peoples interpretation of something is always going to differ based on their standards and how its related to what the individual wants to acheive.

your second part of the question "why does it even matter?" there is no substitute for healthy food. simple

+1, well said.

Easy Mate. You shoudnt throw stones iff....

the only difference between you and WANABJAKED atm is you look decent.

You talk about the wide picture but seem to dismiss any opinion that isnt your own. Granted that potentially when it boils down to it your opinion has credibility but you still need to acknowledge the fact that a balanced diet in regards to calories but also the effect on hormones etc.

I think in a general sense you are polarising peopel because of your extreme view, be it right or wrong but i think at the end of the day if you were to right a client a diet, it wouldnt be as simplified as BK, Maccas and water

Um because chicken/beef are high in protein and rice is high in carbs so its easily fit into his daily macros and he can easily hit his macros targets, its much easier to hit your macros target through foods like lean chicken breast and rice etc..

Im not saying its jay is doing it wrong to eat that way lolol, you guys are so small minded. I eat my chicken and beef and rice as well, im just saying you dont NEED to eat those foods to gain muscle you can eat other food sources and it will give you exctally the same results (considering cals and macros are equal).

By the way here is a pic of Jay eating a BURGER.

wait - are you talking to me or JR? Your post followed mine, and I was kinda throwing stones  but I'd say there's a rather large difference between me and WBJ - with Large being the operative word...

Yea McDonalds has a phaggotry macros split, you cant eat it every meal and fit it into your daily macros, its high fat high carbs average amount of protein, but if you can fit it into your diet, go for it. (if you want to)

Just saying what...some massive pro, juiced to shits, eats burgers every so often to meet his caloric needs... so what?

You have a pretty legit nutrition program and I have nothing against you or your diet techniques but that IIFYM statement is shit, it doesnt hold up.

If you were to tell your clients the golden rule/statement to having a godlike physique...would it be this? would it be IIFYM?

I fkn hope not
