Hi everybody, i was just wandering if you could describe the effects what these have,so to verify if i feel it at least, there are so many types and the price range is pretty high for something which...does it work or is it in your head??? i have tried veridex from gaspari and trybelis and not sure if it works...nothing different. im about to start using syntheroid from xpi...these are not from nz. Buddy of mine have tryed b51 and i cant see any results there either. Now the next best thing apparently is this bloody R18 from underground muscle...expensive @ $400 a month X 3.....anybody use this before or can or not recomment these..cheers

Sounds way too expensive dont bother.

A full 3g+ dose of D aspartic acid is gonna be as good as it gets from my experience. A few will agree that DAA is pretty legit in terms of a OTC test booster.

Looking back now I regret spending the cash on very very expensive pills that did near to nothing in the long term. Just not worth the money ay, spend it on food and creatine. Spend some time focusing on your training for now. You'll be much better off.

OK, I often say this here in the nutrition section and I'm going to say it again but with a few more words and lot more sincerity this time.

Honestly, like chemo, one of the biggest things I regret in my training history is spending so much money on supplements. I have taken so many different types of fat burners/test boosters/pre workout formulas/mass gainers/growth hormone boosters etc. You name it, I shelled out and bought the OTC version of it, right through to pro hormones. I spent THOUSANDS on supplements.

If I had my time again I would not have paid a cent on anything other than good protein. Honestly, if you spent only a quarter of the money you spend on supps on good food and lots of it, you would get so much better results. You could eat a whole hot chicken every day and it would not equal the $400 your talking about for that T supplement - and ask anyone on here which will give you more growth!

Basically mate, your body is designed to grow if you feed it right and train it right. Good training stimulates growth hormone and testosterone. Good eating provides all you need to grow. A little study on both (especially nutrition) will teach you how to manipulate your hormones to suit your needs. And this is all free.

From your brief couple of posts you look as though you spend a lot on supps too. I would be interested to know why this is? Also, how long have you been training, and what are your goals?

Now finally I would add that if you really are desperate to grow faster than your bodies natural limits, then spend the next 6 months doing two things. 1) Save all the money you would have spent on bullshit supplements. 2) Research AAS and hang out in the steroid section on this site - ask a few questions, give your personal training history, current workout and nutrition over to some of the guys there for review.

At the end of this 6 months, you'll be a whole lot richer, probably bigger or atleast as big as you would have been, and you'll also be in a position to do the only supplementation that is actually worth the money you pay for it IMO.

BTW, a cycle of AAS wouldn't cost you as much as these supps that hardly work. But neither is worth it if you don't know how to eat or train properly.

my $0.02

my $0.02

you dont have to be einstein to recognise solid advice, thanks mate!

i been training on off for the last 5 years due to other commitments eg work/travelling/studying etc.. but have decided that this is the year that i want to achieve my best and just focus on bb, got myself a good nitrition/training program and have made good progress...suppose it is just human nature to be looking for that special something that will push you further/faster to your upmost potential, so yes i have spend a few to many $ on sups and getting sick of it now....big money for the expectation is all you get....and was wandering if there is something better out there. I want to do comp next year, that is my main driver but also like everybody on here want to reach my full potential.

Im going to take your advice on board and focus on good food and just protein, creatine. As you rightfully said food is expensive mine already being around the $200 a week for only good clean food, will spend a bit more on protein and snub the sups.

Many Thanks
