hey guys and girls!! just joined the site...the names danz...getting fully back into my workouts now and just after some different opinions if thats cool..im quite a big guy 120kg and come from a pro league background(my dad was a professional player for 18+ years) ive put on alot of weight since ive stopped training(3 years) and had kids...so yeah im looking to cut the fat down hard and build muscle up as fast as i can..ive been on test freak,purple-k and the crap protein at the gym lol...now im just on the purple-k had my 1st workout back since xmas the other day and was surprised im still pumping 100 on the bench which was good lol. so yeah if anyone can guide me in the right direction suppliment wise would be awesome...looking for a good pre-workout,protein and whatever else you guys think would be good for my goals..any advice is appreciated guys thanks heaps talk soon!

100 KG bench after a break :clap: nice stuff!!! Prework Jack3d+bcca...and cycle creatine... I preffer to use Jacks 1or 2 times a week only during power work out days... My body otherwise gets used to it if i use it regularly...Also, I use 3 scoops coz 1or 2 seem to have no effect :pfft:

with some good genes and consistent regime+nutrition ...you ll be sweet \:D/

cheers bro. yeah i got told about jack3d but also have been told isatori morph is the shizz?? pricey as though lol...i got purple-k kre-alkylin which ive been told is the best??? anybody got any reviews on the morph? cause me and a bro will go halves cause its like 170 lol...

If you're just starting back up, don't waste money on pre workout supps. Probably shouldn't really use your money on them at all you could either a) have a coffee or b) train so hard that pre workout supps wouldn't make a difference.

understand that bro just that i found out i run out of gas real quick lol...need a boost up so i can pump longer and harder cause i got the desire just the body not liking it at the mo

I've heard of people eating golden syrup as well while working out. Fucked up

Jack3d works for me so I ve stuck with it....Creatine ... not sure I d spend more on it... I choose to stick with the normal one :nod: .... not sure if the other variations of creatine is worth the money for any benfits that companies calim ... Also mixing creatine with dextrose or say apple or orange juice works well
