hey all been following this site abit now and loving it.Im about to get shoulder surgery which is distal clavicle resection no biggie i think?? Im just trying to sort a new eating plan and training plan to start in two weeks time and was after some help.I weigh 90kgs and are 185cm tall and 25years old and want to get really strong but also wana lose the belly fat haha like most and was wondering if someone could help with how to??? any advice would be much appreicated

hey thanks guys i will be training in about 3 weeks from now they reakon.Ive been training prior to my injury for 2 years.ive been off training for 2 years now also and cant wait to get back bloody acc!!. what i struggle with was i couldnt get any stronger on my bench and was shit at squats!!! This time i want to get the abs and mass muscle with i think is hard??? I really need a trainer any advice on this??? just someone to write me a eating plan and maybe a weight training program like i dont need someone to train with me just a plan ?? thanks heaps everyone.
